Cancellation of Job and Refund Policy

Should you choose to terminate our services for any reason, we will promptly issue a refund for any stage of work that has not commenced yet. If Artidraft is actively engaged in revising stage drawing at the time notice of termination is received, we will complete the revisions for that specific stage, unless we deem that it's appropriate to pause the project and no longer need to complete the revision. In such cases, a refund will be provided for any remaining stages where work has not yet commenced.

Any disbursements that have already been spent to purchase documents from external authorities and consultants will not be refunded, instead the appropriate documents will be forwarded to you once received.
