A clear site with no trees, drainage pipes, street fixtures, or other obstructions is preferred, as these may impact the ability to create a second crossover.

Option 2: Front and Back Units development
Excellent for allotments with narrower frontage and greater depth. This option is perfectly suited for the construction of single or double-storey dwellings positioned one behind the other.
